HAARP, Mind Control & Technology

Author/activist Nick Begich (earthpulse.com) returned to share information and updates on a variety of topics that included Project HAARP, Tesla, privacy issues, mind control, electro-medicine and future technologies. HAARP, now under DARPA's control, may be capable of using low frequency signals to penetrate underground facilities and could also be involved in weather modification, he said.

The latest systems of mind control and non-lethal weaponry don't require sound, Begich noted, but can use pulse microwaves to control emotions and affect bodily systems. Technology is being increasingly used to erode personal privacy, he declared. For example, he said imbedded microchips may be pushed in order to combat the increasing problem of identity theft. People need to voice their objections in order to protect their rights, he argued.

And yet Begich also expressed optimism for future technological developments. In the next 10-15 years he foresees the ability for instantaneous language translation that could foster huge new possibilities in communications. He also said that the new field of electro-medicine, in which people are treated with an electromagnetic field, shows a lot of promise, especially in applications for the deaf and blind.
