Intent and 'The Field'

Researcher Lynne McTaggart (livingthefield.com) discussed the Zero Point energy field, a potential power source she called a "cosmic free lunch," if it could be tapped into. Such energy systems also relate to intent and psychic experimentation, she noted, adding that it has been demonstrated that mental intentions are actually a tangible energy.

In fact, McTaggart said her next book would explore the potential of intention, which she views as being more powerful when focused on positive purposes such as healing. To use intentions effectively, she suggested positing an outcome in the mind, as if it has already happened, and then forgetting about it.

According to some research, certain psychic abilities such as remote viewing can be affected by activity on the sun, she said. For instance it has been found that on "noisy geomagnetic days" these capacities are hampered (note: NOAA monitors sun activity on this page). In October, McTaggart will be hosting a Living the Field Conference in London, featuring top speakers in the consciousness research field.
