Reconnective Healing

Dr. Eric Pearl (TheReconnection) discussed the energies and ramifications of his healing "gift" that he discovered by accident through the care of patients in his chiropractic practice. During this discovery process, he said a number of his patients went into spontaneous trance states, and declared "we are here to tell you to continue what you are doing. What you're doing is bringing light and information onto the planet."

He learned that his ability to heal with spirit or "reconnective healing," as he called it, has nothing to do with belief. In fact, he said that patients who are skeptical of the process, often have more results than those over-eager for a healing. Pearl's work, which has been described as a "bridge between science and spirituality," often yields specific physical signs in those he places his hands near. These include certain involuntary muscle movements and curiously, he said that in some cases the patient's brainwave pattern became entrained to his own heart wave. After treatment, people sometimes reported going home and having the TV set suddenly turn on and off on its own, he noted.

Through his international seminars, Pearl said he has taught 15,000 people his technique, which has yielded miraculous results in some cases. "When we walk away from perfect health, we have forgotten who we are," he said, and during a healing, people are reminded of their natural vibrations, he explained. Interestingly, he suggested that the healer also benefits during the process in terms of personal growth.

Tubular Pumpkin

'Turtle' George (email) writes to us: One of my favorite themes of Fall is carving the Jack-O-Lanterns, & the more extreme the effect the better. This year I planned ahead & slipped heavy-wall PVC pipe over 2 baby pumpkins. One rotted from slug damage but I harvested the other & cut off the restraining pipe. I now have a totally tubular pumpkin with a little hat for this year's Jack-O-Lantern. Here is a short video of the experiment:
