Global thought leader
James Arthur Ray shared methods for using spiritual and mental power to achieve tangible results. He listed five pillars for "harmonic wealth" or well-being: financial, relational, intellectual, physical and spiritual. You can be deficit in one or more of these areas but can enhance them through various techniques. People tend to attract like energies, and their ideations about themselves are an important factor in relationships and money, he said, adding that "you get what you're looking for."
Ray said he studied with shamans in Peru for three years and learned the significance of having a connection to Gaia or Mother Earth. Gaining control of your dreams through lucid dreaming can lead to more control in your waking life, he noted.
One method of tapping into the universe involves practicing gratitude-- it puts you in a vibration to attract more of what you want, Ray shared. A positive approach-- "stand for something" rather than against something is also advisable, he imparted.
