UFO Special: Cases, Sightings & Disclosure

A special 4-hour program devoted to UFO sightings and disclosure featured documentary filmmaker and UFO investigator James Fox and four additional guests. Fox is one of the organizers of a November 12 event at the National Press Club, featuring high caliber UFO witnesses. The goal of the event, he said, is to demonstrate to mainstream media that the UFO phenomenon is real, worldwide, and defies conventional explanation. Fox will also be appearing on Larry King Live this Friday.

Investigative journalist Leslie Kean gave an update on her research into the 1965 Kecksburg Incident, in which an acorn-shaped craft was reported to crash into the woods before being dragged away by the military. Her lawsuit against NASA was successful, and the court has ordered the organization to conduct a search for documents related to the incident.

Speaking about the December 1980 Rendlesham Forest UFO case were Installation Commander Charles Halt and Security Officer James Penniston. Halt described seeing indentation marks in the ground, while Penniston shared his first hand view of the triangular craft that landed in the woods. It was 9 ft. long, appeared as smooth black glass, and had red & yellow lights in various clumps that seemed to be "part of the fabric of the craft itself," he said. Penniston told of seeing the craft lift up off the ground, hover and then shoot off in the blink of an eye.

Nick Pope, formerly with the UK's Ministry of Defence, described the Cosford Incident, in which a vast triangular-shaped craft was tracked flying over two British military bases. The craft emitted a low frequency hum, shot a narrow beam of light down into the countryside, and accelerated to the horizon at an extremely high rate of speed, he detailed.
