A Modern 'Pirate's Treasure'

Marine archaeologists off the coast of North Carolina are sifting through a veritable treasure trove of artifacts recovered from the infamous pirate Blackbeard's wrecked ship, the Queen Anne's Revenge, which ran aground there in 1718. Amongst the materials yielded by the two-week expedition are this massive anchor as well as a variety of unique, "improvised" weapons used by Blackbeard's crew to dominate the high seas.
