Ancient 'Computer'

A 2,100 year-old object known as the Antikythera Mechanism may have acted as a kind of computer/calendar for the Olympic games, scientists recently reported.Found in a Roman shipwreck in 1901, the device underwent X-ray tomography which revealed a 3D view of its gears.
