In an effort to learn more about the origins of the 2,000-year-old Antikythera mechanism, believed to be the world's oldest computer, marine archaeologists are, ironically, utilizing technology that looks like it came from the distant future: the Exosuit diving system. Able to journey 1,000 feet below the surface and remain there for hours, the Exosuit will allow researchers unprecedented access to Antikythera shipwreck site in the Aegean Sea and will constitute the first dive at the location in nearly 40 years.
