Using only the power of the sun, experimental aircraft Solar Impulse 2 successfully finished its nearly five-day journey around the world on Friday when it landed in Hawaii. The remarkable excursion set both a new world record for longest flight by a solar-powered craft as well as longest solo flight by a pilot as aviator Andre Borschberg helmed the craft for a whopping 118 hours.
