Video posted by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Joseph Klippel shows a team of pilots braving 235mph winds to fly into the eye of Hurricane Patricia. The crew operated a specially-made plane named Miss Piggy which has been outfitted to handle intense storms. In the footage, the plane can be seen passing through heavy winds and rain en route to the eye wall, then into the eye of the storm, and finally penetrating the other side of the eye wall.
