Biography:
Evelyn Fuqua holds a B.A. in Psychology from Agnes Scott College, an M.A. inCounseling from California State University Sacramento, and a Ph.D. inPsychology from the Professional School of Psychology. She was a teacher,resource specialist and counselor in the public schools. She served on theBoard of Directors of the Association of Past Life Research and Therapiesand as State Relations Chairman for the California State CounselorsAssociation.
