Biography:

Electronics engineer and friend of the late Eugene Mallove, Bill "Doc" Harrington, believes cold fusion is threatening to the powers that be, as well as the people who are doing the research. He spent many years in the Cold War business of building electronics for 'Uncle Sam,' and in Europe working for NATO.
