Biography:

Thor Muller is the New York Times best selling co-author of Get Lucky: How to Put Planned Serendipity to Work for You and Your Business, and producer of the upcoming web video series, The Future of Work. He is a five-time serial entrepreneur, most recently as the cofounder and former chief technology officer of Get Satisfaction, a groundbreaking online customer engagement platform used by over 70,000 companies. As an early Internet business pioneer, Thor started one of the world’s first Web design agencies in 1995, acquired by Frog Design to form its renowned global Internet practice. He is a frequent blogger, invited speaker at conferences and universities, and leads workshops on how to transform careers and businesses through the practice of "creative destruction."
