Bourbon Street Anomaly

My sister and I were on vacation in New Orleans in April of '05, and went on a haunted history tour of the French Quarter. This photo was taken at about 10pm on a nice clear night. I was alone in the intersection, and not smoking a cigarette. I just wanted a picture of the building and streetlamp and sign. I was using a kodak 35mm disposable camera, and took two shots. This is what showed up in one. There was nothing visible to the naked eye at the time this was taken.
