In the first half, investigative reporter Russ Baker shared insights into stories behind the news, terrorism, and conspiracies. People with known connections to terrorism have been accorded an unusual degree of movement, such as the 9/11 hijackers and others involved in Jihad, he said. For instance, the accused Boston bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev was allowed to move from the US to Russia and back with ease, even though the Russian government had previously alerted the US about problems with the Tsarnaev brothers. Baker posited that one explanation for this scenario was that Tamerlan was a double agent or informant recruited by the FBI. More on this theory here.
He discussed the apparent relationship of the alleged 9/11 hijackers and a well-connected Saudi family in Florida, who hosted the hijackers in Sarasota, when they were in flight school. Baker also touched on his research into the JFK assassination, the Bush family, as well as why Pres. Obama has not lived up to his election promises. Obama is just one man and in some respects is powerless to change a military/political system that is already in place, he explained.
In the latter half, numerologist Glynis McCants, an expert in how patterns of events unfold according to the energy signature of specific numbers, shared her forecast for the rest of 2014, as well as her analysis of hot topics in news and politics. She noted that the missing Malaysian plane departed on March 8th, and how other planes have had problems or crises on "8" days. As part of the its "5" energy, the month of May seems to be moving very quickly.
The month of June looks wonderful "because that represents family, and it's when we come together with people we haven't seen in some time," as well as a huge time for people to get married (Glynis announced that her dating website using numerology plans to launch later this year). July, the month of 7 has double "7" energy because it's also a "7" year, she said; it's a good time to travel, and visit the world. August 2014, the month of "8" is all about politics and money. The "8" energy promotes honesty, but people should be aware of not being too blunt, she advised.
