Researcher of Anomalous Scientific studies, Derrel Sims discussed his investigation into abductions and his quest to find physical evidence to confirm them. "I'm just stunned by the evidence we find," he said, of the material he collects from abductees. Sims talked about some of his goals with regards to DNA testing of abductees. His theory is that abducted women are being used as incubators by the ETs to create humans from the genetic material of other abductees.

Flatwoods UFO Case & Shootdowns |
|
| Wednesday August 13, 2008 |
Ufologists Stanton Friedman and Frank Feschino discussed the 'Flatwoods Monster' encounter, which took place on Sept. 12, 1952, during what they believe was the biggest UFO flap in US history. Witnesses said they saw a large oval-shaped craft set down on a hill in Flatwoods in Braxton County, WV, and when they went to investigate they were sickened by a sulfur-like smell. An object that witnesses reported seeing near the craft became known as a 'monster' based on a sketch artist's interpretation. However, Feschino suggested the 'monster' was something encased in metal, with eye-like portals on its head. The arms depicted with claws in the sketch, actually had antenna-like appendages, according to the witness. View Feschino's drawing here.According to Feschino's research, the craft in Flatwoods passed by Washington DC earlier that night on its flight path, and may have been damaged by a military shootdown. There were other damaged UFOs that night as well, he said.Friedman a

Flying Saucers and Science |
|
| Sunday June 22, 2008 |
George Knapp (email) welcomed Ufologist Stanton Friedman for the full four hours, as he discussed his forty years of research on UFOs. "I've never seen a flying saucer ... I've never seen an alien. My approach is based on collecting, reviewing, and evaluating data," he said, reflecting on his lengthy career investigating the phenomenon. He detailed the inspiration for his latest book, Flying Saucers and Science, saying that over the course of his many years lecturing on UFOs, it was the "why questions" surrounding the phenomenon that most puzzled his audiences. "Why are they coming here? Why don't they land on the White House lawn?" As such, he said, "the point of the book is to put it all together in one place" and to catalog his answers to those "big picture" questions. Looking at the public's attitude about UFOs, he observed that "there are more believers than non-believers, but people do not yet know that they're in good company." He also expressed optimism that a

Ufology Update |
|
| Tuesday September 26, 2006 |
Ufologist and physicist Stanton Friedman returned to discuss various aspects of the UFO field. Among the preponderance of evidence for ET craft, he cited the 30% of cases that couldn't be identified in one Blue Book study, the 1968 Congressional Hearings, and Ted Phillips' collection of over 5,000 physical trace cases. Friedman also commented on one of the "darker" sides to ufology-- reports that many military pilots and their planes were lost to UFOs. The pilots, on various occasions in previous decades, were sent to "shoot down" UFOs, and many of these craft, according to sources, simply disappeared on these missions, never to be seen again.Exploring the "why" of UFOs, Friedman said that there could be multitudinous reasons for ETs to visit Earth. Our planet is one of the densest in the solar system, he noted, and they may be interested in mining heavy metals. But he believes one of the biggest reasons they are here, is their concern over their own survival and security a

Andrew Jackson Davis: 19th Century Prophet |
|
| Monday May 8, 2006 |
Researcher Dr. John DeSalvo discussed the predictions and spiritualist ideas from 19th century prophet Andrew Jackson Davis (set of images), a contemporary of Abraham Lincoln. Davis first tapped into clairvoyance after being "mesmerized" and his first book Principles of Nature was published when he was only 21 in 1847. It featured some of his scientific and medical predictions, which DeSalvo declared to be more accurate than seers such as Nostradamus and Edgar Cayce. Among Davis's statements which proved to be true-- there are nine planets in the solar system (Neptune and Pluto had yet to be discovered at that point), Venus has high mountains of ejected rock, the solar system revolves around another point besides the sun (the center of the galaxy) and electricity will be utilized for a wide variety of purposes. DeSalvo presented Davis's views about death and the afterlife. Presaging the spiritualist movement, Davis predicted that contact with the spirit world would lead to

Space & the Universe |
|
| Monday February 13, 2006 |
Astrobiologist & astronomer Dr. David Darling discussed a variety of topics related to space, technology and the universe. On a large scale, gravity is the most important force in the universe and is the key to where we're going in the future, he said. "Dark energy," that causes the universe to expand could be considered an oppositional force to gravity, he added. Antigravity is being explored, such as for magnetic levitation and shielding devices. Boeing, NASA and British Aerospace are all looking at this technology which could ultimately be used for propulsion, yet it's almost inevitable that the military is already developing it for their own ends, he commented.Black holes that are spinning have a singularity that spreads out and it might be possible to travel through these "wormholes" not unlike a subway system. Travelers could reemerge on the other side in a different part of the galaxy or even another universe, he postulated. Darling further speculated that an ancient ra

Ufology Update |
|
| Sunday November 20, 2005 |
Researcher Stanton Friedman joined Art Bell for a discussion about ufology. Friedman recently attended a UFO conference in China, and indicated that the government there was showing signs of openness regarding the topic. In the United States, there still remains a number of reasons why mainstream science is not receptive to the UFO field. He listed them as: 1) Ignorance of the data 2) Fear of ridicule ('they'll think I'm a nut') 3) Ego—if aliens are here, why haven't they contacted important scientists? 4) It's impossible—distances from other stars are too far away. He presented analysis of the MJ-12 papers, saying that the original documents such as the Truman/Forrestal memo were the "real thing" but that subsequent documents were probably fraudulent. Friedman also recounted how in 1952-3 there were numerous incidents where military pilots and their fighter planes simply disappeared during chases with UFOs.He commented on the passing of UFO skeptic Philip Klass, calling him o

Ufology & Roswell |
|
| Monday June 27, 2005 |
Physicist Stanton Friedman returned to report on a variety of issues related to ufology. While many consider them to be fraudulent, the secret government files known as the MJ-12 documents which discuss the alien visitation of Earth, are authentic and only the tip of the iceberg, he argued. He did however find fault with parts of Col. Philip Corso's testimony, which he said had inaccuracies, as well as the "Area 51" whistleblower Bob Lazar's statements. In regards to Nick Redfern's controversial new book about Roswell, which claimed that the UFO crash was actually a cover story for human experimentation, Friedman said he doesn't necessarily disagree that such nefarious testing took place, yet he does not find there to be a compelling connection to the Roswell case.Friedman will next be appearing at the Roswell 58th Anniversary Celebration (the Roswell UFO Festival) this 4th July of weekend. He expects that Jesse Marcel Jr. will be in attendance (the two are grand marshals of t

Prophecy, Popes & the Antichrist |
|
| Monday February 28, 2005 |
John Hogue, an expert on Nostradamus and the prophetic traditions of the world, returned to the show to discuss prophecies related to the Popes, Fatima and the Antichrist. The 12th century Irish seer St. Malachy prophesied a list of the Pope's names, that is over 80% accurate, he said. Containing only two more names after John Paul II, the list may actually have been written by a mysterious person in the 1590's using Malachy's name, Hogue shared. While reaching the end of Pope list may mean we are nearing the "great chastisement," such end times ideations can become a self-fulfilling prophecy, in which people create a destiny based on their programmed beliefs, said Hogue. It's uncertain whether the third secret of Fatima was ever truly revealed, though Hogue suggested the version that Cardinal Ratzinger released in 1960, which he interpreted as describing a cataclysmic outcome to the Cuban missile crisis, may have been it. We're in the era of the third antichrist th

Indigos & Angels |

Spiritual clairvoyant Dr. Doreen Virtue (angeltherapy), returned to the show, to share her insights about Crystal and Indigo children, as well as Angels. Indigos, who are sometimes misdiagnosed with ADHD, are typically aged 13 to mid-20's, often have problems with authority, and seek out integrity, she detailed. The Crystal children, born starting in the 1990's, are more docile and forgiving, she said. They shows signs of telepathy, have a role as peacekeepers, and may be misdiagnosed as autistic because they are often using telepathy instead of speaking, she added. "I think we're seeing an evolution in progress and the medical community isn't keeping up," said Virtue who mentioned that the generation that will be born after the Crystal children, starting around 2012, will be called the Rainbow children. Some "scouts" have already been born, and she has met several, describing them as "saint-like" and "more interested in giving than receiving."Angels, she stated, are non-denomina

Inventions: Creation & Suppression |
|
| Monday September 13, 2004 |
Journalist and author, Evan Schwartz (gotjuice.org) said invention is one of the oldest forces of mankind and he discussed both the creative process and the suppression behind current and past inventions. There is an old saying that it is "safer to invent the future than predict it," and inventors may feel that their concepts give them power over the future, he noted. Different creative strategies have been employed, he detailed, such asDa Vinci using analogy to formulate his flying designs and Edison combining many inventions together into a system. Schwartz commented that inventors such as Edison and Alexander Graham Bell were the heroes of their day but today's inventors are perceived more as "kooky" outcasts working in their basements. This transition took place partially because corporations began taking control of more and more patents, as well as working to suppress technology they viewed as being bad for their business, he explained. Governments can seize inventions, said

The Great UFO Debate |
|
| Wednesday July 21, 2004 |
Physicist and investigator Stanton Friedman faced off with astronomer Seth Shostak of SETI in a debate about the nature of UFOs. While both believe that extraterrestrial life exists, Shostak contended that UFO reports from the time of Roswell onwards, do not indicate alien visitations to our planet. Friedman argued that we have been dealing with a kind of "cosmic Watergate" in that the government has been covering up much of the evidence. Shostak noted that in the last 57 years there is still not one piece of incontrovertible evidence that would prove the extraterrestrial origins of UFOs and he asked Friedman to provide him with details of the single best UFO case. The best evidence is cumulative, Friedman replied, citing numerous physical trace and radar visual cases as well as pilot sightings. Shostak countered that this type of evidence could have other explanations besides the ET hypothesis. SETI's methods are a kind of "dartboard physics" based on flawed science and false

UFO Crash Retrieval Conference |
|
| Friday November 14, 2003 |
George Noory and Linda Moulton Howe (earthfiles.com) hosted a special broadcast live from a glass enclosed studio at the Sunset Station Hotel in Las Vegas, interviewing presenters at the UFO Crash Retrieval Conference. Stan Gordon, the primary investigator of the 1965 Kecksburg UFO crash retrieval case, kicked off the evening with details from witnesses. One person told him, they had been at Wright Patterson where the acorn-shaped craft was taken, and saw next to it, a covered body on a workbench. The witness told him its left arm was sticking out; it had "three fingers" and was "somewhat lizard like."Budd Hopkins (website), the renowned alien abduction investigator, discussed videotaped testimony of a 1963 UFO crash near Albuquerque that he had recorded. A hospital technician told him she saw three little bodies at a crash site that she initially thought were children. X-rays that were taken, she said, showed a different skeletal structure (fewer ribs than humans) and the bein

Flatwoods Monster UFO Case |
|
| Friday September 12, 2003 |
"It seemed to be a mechanical device, perhaps with an alien inside," said researcher Stanton Friedman (website). Friedman and fellow researcher Frank Feschino were discussing the fascinating Flatwoods Monster UFO case during the first half of Friday's show. Feschino commented that when the incident occurred, exactly 51 years ago in Braxton County, Virginia, there had been a UFO flap in the area, with some 20 sightings and a TV news account of a flaming object in the sky. What witnesses, a group of boys playing football, described as the "monster" was a strange thing about 10 feet high, which gave off a noxious smell that made them sick, and so they ran from it, Friedman recounted. (Click here to view Feschino's illustration of the object.) An adult witness whom Feschino interviewed, said he saw the "monster" enter a large oval craft about the size of a "two-car garage," which had a white vapor light and a pink glow. The two researchers conjectured that the "monster" was initi

Ghost Town EVPs |
|
| Thursday June 19, 2003 |
Brendan Cook & Barbara McBeath (ghostpix.com) of theGhost Investigators Society (G.I.S.) were back on the show on Thursday night, with an all new set of electronic voice phenomena to share. The majority of these sound clips were recorded at the "brewery" that is part of the Gold Hill Hotel in Virginia City, a ghost town in Nevada. "The entire city seems to be haunted," Cook said. Among the ghost voices they captured were a little girl plaintively asking "are you alone?" and a crusty older man exhorting: "I'm gonna kill ya right here." The latter clip was of special interest as it showed up on both digital and analog tape recorders simultaneously. In another unusual EVP they played (which was taped at a mausoleum) the sound of Cook falling down some stairs is heard and then a female voice asks "Are you OK?" This is an example of a "compassionate" EVP, McBeath said. One technique G.I.S. uses to glean material, is to ask the would-be entities questions as they walk about an i
