Peter Hebert is a mortgage finance and real estate industry expert. He brings 20+ years of experience in mortgages, the secondary market, and real estate. His secondary market foray permitted him to see the securitization process, modeling and forecasting, and loss mitigation attempts when borrowers, for whatever reason, do not pay as agreed. His real estate experience shaped his views about housing and lending.
