• The Aliens and the Scalpel
• UFO Crash in Brazil |
Dr. Roger Leir, author of "Aliens and the Scalpel," has been said to be one of the worlds most important leaders in physical evidence research involving the field of Ufology. He and his surgical team have performed nine surgeries on alleged alien abductees. This resulted in the removal of ten separate and distinct objects suspected of being alien implants. These objects have been scientifically investigated by some of the most prestigious laboratories in the world. Their findings have been baffling and some comparisons have been made to meteorite samples. Dr. Leir anticipates performing more surgeries in the future and will investigate the physiological and biological aspects of the abduction phenomenon. He has also formed a non-profit organization for this purpose called "A & S Research Inc."

Curious Cases of the Paranormal |
|
| Tuesday November 18, 2008 |
Philosopher and parapsychologist Stephen E. Braude discussed his study of the paranormal, including psychokinesis, mediums, and the evidence for the survival of death. One of the most intriguing cases he looked into was that of the 'Gold Leaf Lady--' a Florida psychic named Katie who has spontaneous episodes in which a metallic foil substance appears on her skin. No definitive explanations have arisen as to how this material (found to be made of brass) materializes on Katie, though he proposed one possibility-- it could be a kind of 'apport,' in which an object is psychically transferred from one location to another. Braude said a number of other paranormal cases he investigated were found to involve fraud or some type of sabotage. However, he suggested that the heyday of mediumship & spiritualism (1865-1930) offers more compelling examples of parapsychology than the more modern era of laboratory experimentation. For example, massive table levitations were reported, an

Alien Implants & Flatwoods Monster |
|
| Friday October 24, 2008 |
In the first hour, guest host Whitley Strieber (email) welcomed Dr. Roger Leir, who discussed his most recent implant removal surgery of what he called a "manufactured device that is not from this world." Whitley noted that he was also in attendance during the procedure. Leir's patient 'John' is a scientist who works in a very sensitive area of communications research, Whitley added. According to Leir, the implant embedded in John's foot gave off the same radio frequency that is used for mobile deep-space communications. Leir also said the strange object contained carbon nanotubes and appeared to reassemble itself in a container after it had been removed. The details get even stranger though. Leir examined John's home and discovered an abundance of magnetic anomalies â even in things (such as plastic and wood) that should not give off any magnetic fields. More interesting still is what a UV light revealed in the master bedroom: "two small, childlike, four-fingered hand prints

Alcohol-Based Fuels |
|
| Thursday July 17, 2008 |
Ecological biologist David Blume discussed the importance and benefits of alcohol-based fuels, and how the petroleum industry has suppressed their development. Some of the earliest cars such as the Model T were flex fuel (running on either gas or alcohol), and Henry Ford was an advocate for alcohol fuel. However, he was opposed by John D. Rockefeller who pushed for Prohibition, which stopped the manufacture of alcohol for any purpose, Blume detailed. Cheaper than gas, alcohol is a superior fuel, as it leaves no carbon behind, engines last longer, and it can free us from foreign dependence, he noted. There are some twenty different crops that can produce alcohol, and many of them, such as sugar beets, yield more alcohol per acre than corn. Most cars can actually run with up to 50% alcohol in their tanks, without using any kind of conversion device, Blume declared, and kits can be added to vehicles for less than $300. People can get permits to create home distilleries to brew th

The Nye Incidents |
|
| Thursday April 17, 2008 |
Authors Whitley Strieber and Craig Spector discussed their new graphic novel The Nye Incidents which concerns mysterious cases of human mutilation, which may be connected to alien abductions. The incidents in the book were inspired by a number of real life events. "Whitley had a story he was too scared to write," Spector said, explaining how he was brought in on the collaborative project. A 2002 case in Pennsylvania that Linda Moulton Howe investigated involved a man whose unusually decomposed body was found in a separate location from his abandoned car, and was associated with a witness seeing a body floated up in a beam of light (Streamlink members can listen to Linda's 2003 report labeled 'Strange Death in Penn' here).Other cases involved homeless men dropped on rooftops in Northern New Jersey, said Strieber. In their book, Spector said he focused on forensic aspects, setting up the question whether a serial killer was imitating aliens or vice versa. UFO researcher Dr.

Bermuda Triangle Incident/Skinwalker Ranch Replay |
|
| Wednesday January 30, 2008 |
George was live in the first hour with Dr. Roger Leir, and David Anderson, a former Navy pilot who spoke about his anomalous experiences in the Bermuda Triangle some 50 years ago. While flying a military plane from Puerto Rico to Florida,he found himself in an older model aircraft with a crew he didn't know, including a man whose expression appeared frozen. He observed a discolored atmosphere, but the skies returned to blue when the episode ended after about 15 minutes. Anderson suspected he'd crossed over into a parallel dimension. Yet the situation appeared to be under "intelligent control," and he heard a bizarre laugh when he expressed confusion. Leir suggested Anderson might have passed through an electromagnetic anomaly, and noted this incident was similar to other Bermuda Triangle cases. The last three hours were a rebroadcast from 1/10/06 with George Knapp and Colm Kelleher talking about their investigation of Skinwalker Ranch.

John Lear: Secrets Revealed |
|
| Thursday May 11, 2006 |
In his first interview with George Noory, retired airline pilot John Lear spoke on a variety of topics which included his experiences as a pilot, NASA's secret space missions, and life on other planets. A fourth astronaut died in the Apollo 1 fire of 1967 but the reason it wasn't made public was because he belonged to the "secret astronaut corps," Lear claimed, based on information he received from a "true insider" (now deceased). This secret program actually started going to the moon in 1962 and landed on Mars in 1966, apparently using covert antigravity technology, he continued. Publicized space missions such as the Shuttle are actually a cover-up for what is really going on, added Lear. Also kept from the public, is the fact that there is life similar to ours on most of the planets in our solar system, he declared. For instance, Mars has a population of 660 million (mostly underground) and Venus is actually "green and beautiful." Further, the sky is blue on both Mars and our Moo

Alien Implant Update |
|
| Friday March 24, 2006 |
In the second half-hour, George Noory was joined by ufologist Dr. Roger Leir, who discussed findings from an alien implant removal surgery he performed on December 5, 2003. Leir described the removed object (see Alien Implant Photos below) as a magnetic, metallic rod, 6mm in length with distinctive groove lines. Scanning electronic microscopy and x-ray diffraction tests revealed the implant was composed primarily of iron with an amorphous structure, which Leir said was odd for something that was highly magnetic. Leir stayed on through the second hour to take listeners' calls and also talked about a movie he is currently developing called Earth's Original Sin. In the final hour, George played audio from the December 5th implant removal operation, which he and Coast line producer Tom Danheiser attended.

Aliens in Brazil |
|
| Sunday May 22, 2005 |
Just as the breaking news was announced that the Brazilian government is opening up some of its UFO files to the public, ufologist Dr. Roger Leir (alienscalpel.com) returned to the show to discuss his research into the famed incident in Varginha, Brazil, where he traveled to conduct interviews. The case began on January 19, 1996, he said, when a cylindrical craft was witnessed crashing and the Brazilian military arrived shortly afterwards to recover it. Two similar alien beings were associated with the craft. They were described as having oily brown-skin, red eyes, protuberances on their skulls, and being between 4 ½ to 5 ft. tall, he shared. One military police officer, who allegedly allowed one of the creatures to rest on his lap during transport, became ill with mysterious symptoms and was dead within three weeks of coming into contact with the being, Leir said. He also discussed his interview with a Varginha doctor who said he examined one of the aliens. The physician o

Comets & Electrical Energy |
|
| Sunday December 12, 2004 |
Physicist James McCanney discussed electrical energy in the solar system, comets, and a newly discovered Kuiper Belt object called Quaoar.McCanney said "the solar system, from about 1995, has been increasing in electrical energy," specifically noting that the sun puts out thousands of times more electrical energy than visible light. He believes comets are responsible for "pumping up the sun" -- the solar capacitor -- with energy. According to McCanney, electrical energy discharged from the solar capcitor is passed down to Earth, where it physically affects humans and the weather.McCanney also reported on a distant object dubbed "Quaoar" located on the outskirts of the solar system. He said there appears to be volcanism on Quaoar, which may imply that it's "new." McCanney thinks their could be many more of these objects out there.

Varginha UFO Case |
|
| Sunday August 29, 2004 |
Dr. Roger Leir (alienscalpel.com), a physician and UFO researcher, updated the 1996 Varginha, Brazil incident which involved the crash of a craft and sightings of live alien beings. Unlike the United States, he said there is a greater openness in Brazil, and less effort made to cover-up the facts. Recently having returned from there, he said he spoke with a doctor who treated one of the recovered alien entities. The being, which didn't appear to have a gender, telepathically communicated to him that humans were "totally detached" from their spiritual selves and it felt sorry for them. The doctor said the alien was transferred to another hospital in "satisfactory condition," but was apparently dead within 24 hours. Leir speculated that the being may have left its body on its accord. The alien's craft, he was told, was taken to a military installation in the US, where it currently remains.Leir also discussed his work removing alien implants, which he has done with 12 different

Alien Implant Removal Surgery |
|
| Friday December 5, 2003 |
"I've got to tell you, this was very fascinating," said George Noory, who earlier in the day had attended an "alien implant" removal operation, that was overseen by Dr. Roger Leir (alienscalpel.com), the guest for the first half of Friday's show. Brenda, the patient who had the implant, told George that over the years she had spotted entities in her bedroom, and had had one particularly haunting encounter with a winged humanoid who floated 5ft. off the ground. Dental X-rays eventually revealed the implant which was embedded in the cheek area under her eye. The operation, of which an audio portion was played on the show, proved to be difficult, Dr. Leir said, as the implant seemed to move every time they attempted to dislodge it. Leir and his associates were aided by the use of a fluoroscan, which allowed them to view the small metallic object during the procedure."Thank God for that," said Brenda after the removal of the foreign object which was found to be 3-4mm in leng

Inside Alien Implants |
|
| Monday January 13, 2003 |
Dr. Roger Leir (website: alienscalpel.com ) discussed his latest findings and interpretations regarding "alien implants" in his appearance on Monday night's show. "I think what we're looking at here is some form of nanotechnology that we're just beginning to understand; and that is the use of atomic structure of metallic substances to perform a variety of electronic functions," said Leir who has now conducted 10 surgeries to remove foreign objects from people who said they had abduction experiences. "The outside was definitely organic and the inside was metallic," he said describing two of the implants which were removed from two patients' toes. Less than half an inch thick, both implants were similarly odd in that they were imbedded in the toe with no surrounding inflammation and encircled by a large amount of specialized nerve endings in areas they wouldn't typically be. Interestingly, Leir suggests that if this technology could be understood it could have medical value partic
