Biography:

Peter Levenda is the author of Unholy Alliance & Sinister Forces. He appeared in the TNT documentary, Faces of Evil, in his role as an expert on Nazi history with special regard to the occult and esoteric practices. He will also appear on the upcoming History Channel special, Nazi Prophecies. Peter has interviewed Nazis, neo-Nazis, Klansmen, Satanists, self-proclaimed witches and occultists, intelligence agents, clergymen, bogus clergymen, businessmen, military officials, and many more during the course of his research for both Unholy Alliance and Sinister Forces.

Appearing during the first two hours,historian of esoterica, Peter Levenda discussed his new book Stairway to Heaven, which connects occult knowledge across time, civilizations, and secret societies. The number seven and its relation to heaven or the after life is repeatedly seen across cultures, he said. For example, a map of seven stars was created by Chinese alchemists as a ladder to heaven. Various cultures viewed travel to heaven or space as a kind of spiritual transformation, and they engaged in purification, meditation and prayer to raise the body up to a higher level, Levenda noted. A common source for these themes and practices might have come from visitations of ETs or spirit beings, he added. He also spoke about the occult investigations of Aleister Crowley, who invoked the spirit of 'Lam,' an odd looking entity. Three authors each shared their theories about who was behind the assassination of JFK. Lamar Waldron said the legacy of secrecy behind the murder has continued to impact American history. He cited Bobby Kennedy as being a central figure in the story. Bobby was waging two wars simultaneously, one against Castro and the other against organized crime. Further, he and JFK planned a secret coup and invasion of Cuba for December, 1963, Waldron revealed. Yet that plan, was infiltrated by three "godfathers," Johnny Rosselli, Santo Trafficante, and Carlos Marcello, who were being prosecuted by Bobby Kennedy. Using information from the Kennedy's secret plan, these mobsters attempted to kill JFK first in Chicago, then in Tampa, and finally in Dallas, Waldron declared.
