Biography:

John Oldale is a scientist by training and lawyer by profession; he is a Fellow of the British Royal Geographical Society and speaks five languages. John has spent the last 30 years criss-crossing the planet in his search for the unusual, unexpected and obscure. Along the way he has explored almost 90 countries and clocked up over 500,000 miles on the road.
