Frank Rochelle

Biography:

Frank Rochelle served in the Army from 1968 - 1970. He was a test subject and was given drugs and chemicals, allegedly without his consent, in the fall of 1968. He is currently one of 6 plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the CIA.
