Robert Schneck, America's historian of the strange, made his debut on the show. The author of The President's Vampire shared bizarre true stories that he's researched and collected. Among the incidents and accounts: A massive dark shape appeared outside the window of serial killer Charles Starkweather. Hysteria in Baltimore in 1951 over a tall thin figure making impossible leaps over rooftops (the case resembled the UK's Spring Heeled Jack).
