Children & Reincarnation

Monday April 7, 2008

Past life therapist and researcher Carol Bowman shared children's reports of reincarnation including the James Leininger case in which a toddler had memories of being a WWII fighter pilot. It can be therapeutic for children to talk about past life memories, as it may help them overcome phobias or illnesses tied to the former lives, she detailed. Her own son, Chase, had memories at a young age of being a wounded soldier in the Civil War, and declared "I miss my wife and children." In the Leininger case, a 2 ½ year-old boy had specific recall of incidents in WWII. He pointed to a map of Iwo Jima, saying 'that's where my plane went down' (for more on this, see an ABC News report). Another case Bowman recounted dealt with a family who lost a son, and came to believe one of the later children was his reincarnation. The boy knew specific information about the deceased child, had similar markings on his body, and said "I was sick before I died, but came back." The late Dr. Ia ... More

Alien Analysis

Wednesday July 5, 2006

The investigative writer known as George L. (eyepod.org) presented his conclusions on aliens based on his telepathic communications and published UFO/abductee material. He reported that his initial contact with aliens began in 1995 with a group known as the Elders, who reproduce by cloning. Later he began communications with the "hyperversal" aliens, a more advanced race who told him that they came from a previous universe cycle from over 13 billion years ago, and that they helped to engineer the current universe into being. While there are different alien groups visiting Earth, L. said that their main theme is "universal ecology." Their thought processes are along social lines-- a kind of group think, which can sometimes lead to abuse in a "Big Brother" fashion, he noted. The aliens are physical in nature, he continued, but the universal standard is for non-sexual reproduction, which allows for precise population control and a reduction of territoriality. He estimated the ave ... More

In the middle two hours, author and financial advisor Howard Ruff shared his investment tips and economic views. Here are some of the highlights: Real estate values have neared their peak and home prices will begin to fall, especially in expensive areas such as California. The stock market is trending downwards and will eventually fall to 4,000 at the bottom of its current cycle. Gold and silver are in the midst of a bull market, and will continue to be a good value for the next few years. Silver will especially rise in price because supplies are diminishing due to increased usage in industrial applications. ... More

Security, Warfare & the Port Deal

Thursday March 2, 2006

Consultant Charles R. Smith commented on such topics as computer security, military technology, and the UAE port deal. Computer hackers can gain access to personal information through such methods as keystroke logging, and he suggested that Internet users make sure they have antiviral and firewall software installed to protect themselves. Smith discussed AESA (active electronically scanned array) radar, an advanced weapon using microwave radiation that is being readied for use for US Air Force jets. It can be used to jam or retrieve enemy communications, he said (more info). Smith also opined on the port deal, which he now supports, as he has not found that Dubai Ports World has any links to terrorism. The last hour of the show featured Open Lines. ... More

Special: UAE Port Controversy

Wednesday February 22, 2006

In this special program, six guests addressed the controversial United Arab Emirates port deal, which would put Dubai Ports World in charge of running major US shipping ports. In order of appearance: Maritime Master Capt. Kelly Sweeney suggested that the issue wasn't so much who owned the ports, but what security measures were being taken to ensure safety to Americans. He strongly believes we need increased Coast Guard inspections and that every shipping container should be screened for radioactivity.Consultant Charles R. Smith commented that the UAE have been close military allies to the United States and have no obvious associations with terrorists. Yet like the Saudis, their country may harbor many enemies to the US, he noted.Author Steve Quayle said "something doesn't pass the smell test" on the UAE deal, and related it to a larger "globalist" agenda that seeks to bring down the US financial structure in order to install a one-world economy. China: Espionage & War

Thursday November 17, 2005

Consultant Charles R. Smith discussed the implications of recent Chinese espionage related to U.S. military secrets and the possibility of war with China. He also detailed how some American companies such as Yahoo and Cisco have aided China in its tracking down of dissidents, through the usage of their software and hardware.Chinese military agents in America were recently charged with theft of US government property, and may have compromised some of the US's weapon systems, he reported. One un-indicted co-conspirator is actually a General in the Chinese military, he noted. China is growing more belligerent and has connections to terrorism, through its sale of weapons such as shoulder-fired missiles, Smith continued. In a scenario for possible war, he suggested the trigger may come from internal pressures within China, rather than external forces in America. He paralleled the upcoming 2008 Olympics (in Beijing) to the 1936 games in Germany, and posited that after the games, Chi ... More

North Korea & Kim Jong Il

Monday May 16, 2005

Cyber-war columnist, Charles R. Smith (softwar.net), one of America's leading experts on cyber technology, war, and gaming, discussed North Korea's nuclear capability, as well as the history and idiosyncrasies of their dictator Kim Jong Il.Recent satellite imagery shows the North Koreans have been digging deep into a mountainside and building large viewing stands nearby. According to Smith, this data points to a coming underground nuclear test on the Korean peninsula. If Kim Jong Il develops a nuclear weapon, Smith hypothesized, he will probably use it on South Korea and/or Japan. Kim "really doesn't care" about the repercussions of launching a nuclear attack against his enemies, Smith said.Smith detailed some of the weapons in Kim's arsenal, including 200 Nodong missiles with a 1,000 mile range and capability of carrying nuclear weapons, 650 to 800 Scud missiles, and a longer range missile-type called Taepo Dong. Much of the technology used to create North Korea's weap ... More

War Technology

Wednesday February 16, 2005

NewsMax columnist Charles R. Smith (softwar.net) offered his analysis of various geopolitical conflicts and discussed the latest technology in militaryunmanned vehicles. These unmanned craft are one indication that we are entering a "new kind of war," he said, where precision instruments and information technology have replaced the old "industrial style" of battle. One craft he described is code named Senior Prom and is a stealth reconnaissance drone that can take photographs and monitor communications. Others like the Hunter are being tested with precision guided weapons.Pilotless vehicles offer a number of advantages in wartime situations, such as the ability to fly for prolonged periods and to successfully navigate during adverse conditions such as storms or an attack, he detailed. Yet, ultimately Smith does not foresee unmanned vehicles replacing human pilots. The best combination would be an integrated use of both manned and unmanned vehicles, he said. There are ma ... More

Election Special

Tuesday November 2, 2004

In a special six-hour broadcast George Noory hosted an array of C2C regulars who offered their commentary and analysis as the election results came in."The democrats were an hour late and a dollar short," said spin expert John M. Curtis(onlinecolumnist.com), who added that the election results point up the great divide in America between the urban centers and the rest of the country. Next, investigative journalist Bev Harris (blackboxvoting.org) expressed concern that massive tampering may have occurred in the vote tallies, as the modem connections used at voting facilities were not all secure from hackers. CyberWar columnist Charles R. Smith(softwar.net) suggested that Kerry's choice of Edwards as a VP turned out to be a mistake, as he couldn't even carry his home state of North Carolina. Author Steve Quayle followed, saying that the election results show the serious effect of terrorism, and he also suspects there may be civil disobedience in the wake of contested result ... More

China & Cyberterrorism

Wednesday October 20, 2004

NewsMax columnist, Charles R. Smith (softwar.net), detailed Chinese espionage successes against the US which he has chronicled in his book Deception. He described how China's nuclear program went from fledgling to state of the art within eight years based on acquiring technology from American companies. China's long range plan, he said, is to overtake the U.S. militarily and economically by 2015-2020, and eventually assert global domination. Smith also spoke about electronic privacy and cyberterrorism. He expressed concerns over some of Google's latest software which he said might allow hackers to gain access to information on user's hard drives. There are three levels of cyberterrorism he said: amateur, professional/criminal and military. China has an army of "information warriors," numbering between 6,000 to 7,000, many of whom have visited the U.S. to observe our security systems, Smith claimed. ... More

End Times Visions

Thursday September 23, 2004

Father Andrew Wingate returned to the show to share his latest messages of prophecy and to review some of his past predictions. His visions, he explained, often come to him during Mass. He sees an angelic face that moves closer and then views images of a "hypothetical situation" which "Heaven" confirms to him whether they are actual or not. He foresees four major upcoming acts of terrorism, with two events to occur in the U.S. before the elections. One will take place in the southern U.S. and involve a national treasure, he stated. The other, he added, could be a "preventative event" that will transpire somewhere along the U.S. and Mexican border.Wingate also discussed the plans of the Antichrist, whom he named as Maitreya. During his rise to power he will kill world leaders gathered at the United Nations by detonating a nuclear bomb that is built into the structure, he asserted. Reviewing his past prediction about Florida being destroyed by a nuclear device, he explained t ... More

China & U.S. War Scenarios

Sunday July 18, 2004

Cyber-war columnist, Charles R. Smith (softwar.net), presented various war scenarios that he believes could occur between the U.S. and China. He suggested that if China decided to attack Taiwan in an attempt to reclaim the land, the U.S. would likely become involved. For instance, he said China might launch a missile strike against Taiwan, set up a blockade around the country, and then target American aircraft carriers with satellite technology, which would lead to an acceleration of conflict. Smith also discussed various outcomes and strategies that might be played out in a nuclear exchange between the two countries. In the case of China destroying Los Angeles and Hawaii with nukes, the US would certainly retaliate, but he said instead of just a massive "waste 'em all" response, America might choose an "Option B" approach which would involve "precise strikes," some non-nuclear, aimed at China's leadership. He is not convinced that the counter-scenario of "engagement theory," ... More

Military Technology

Tuesday January 20, 2004

Tuesday's guest, Charles R. Smith, a NewsMax columnist and the President of Softwar Consulting, discussed the covert testing of a new high-flying reconnaissance plane. Some of the latest craft being developed by the military are extremely maneuverable and capable of making sharp turns at high speeds, he said. Smith believes that up to 90% of UFO reports actually stem from clandestine military craft, which from a distance may look unusual or exotic. For instance, he suggested some of the "black triangle" sightings could be attributed to the Aurora, a large "arrowhead" shaped jet that could "skip off" the atmosphere. Now retired, the Aurora was as long as 150 ft. Smith noted, so it would not explain the sightings of some triangles that were reported to be the size of a football field. The technology for these super secret military projects does not come from ET sources, Smith said, but rather should be credited to people like Kelly Johnson, the former head of Lockheed's Skunkwo ... Information Warfare

Friday November 28, 2003

Friday's guest, Newsmax columnist and the President of Softwar Consulting, Charles R. Smith discussed various threats to the US. Calling Osama bin Laden "a modern day Goldfinger," he suggested that one of bin Laden's goals was to make money through terrorism, via such things as transfer of funds and short trading on the market. Smith commented that the transfer of US technology such as "radiation hardened chips," to China has increased their nuclear capabilities against us. "If they attack Taiwan they will most certainly attack the US simultaneously," Smith ventured, though he assessed that the conflict with China really came down to more of an "economic war." 30% of consumer items in the US are made in China, Smith said, and many of these products are actually made by China's massive number of political prisoners. Further, the profits from these clothes, toys etc. are used by the Chinese military to build more weapons. So in effect when Americans buy these products they are s ... More

Impact of Cyber Technology

Tuesday April 1, 2003

Charles R. Smith(softwar.net)an expert on cyber technology was the guest for the middle two hours of Tuesday's show. "It seems like privacy is going out the window," Smith said, commenting on how this basic right has been invaded and eroded through advancements in computer technology. One thing citizens can do he advised, is to monitor access to their information. For instance, they can find out who looked at their driving record and for what reason. If it was for illegal or intrusive purposes, they could then take action against the instigator. Smith talked at length about how cyber technology was contributing to modern warfare practices. "Cooking" is a technique he delineated, where the US could intercept Iraqi cell phone calls and data transmissions in real time and then alter the messages for strategic purposes. He also mentioned a stealth-like system that is nearly ready for deployment that matches the light of an object to its background. Vehicles such as planes could ... More
