David Wolfe is considered by peers to be the world's leading authority on raw-food nutrition and exotic diets. He is the author of Naked Chocolate, Eating for Beauty, The Sunfood Diet Success System as well as numerous DVD and audio programs. As a professional health lecturer, David conducts over 100 inspirational seminars and hosts eight adventure retreats each year. He has eaten 100% raw foods for over a decade and has spent the last fifteen years in the forefront of the ever-expanding alternative health field soaking in all relevant, useful and even exotic information.
David has degrees in Mechanical and Environmental Engineering, Political Science, as well as a law degree from the University of San Diego. He has also studied at Oxford University.
