Vernon Neppe MD, PhD is an internationally known Neuropsychiatrist and
Behavioral Neurologist. He also may be the world's leading expert on the deja
vu phenomenon and has studied anomalous phenomena for thirty years. He has just
completed a series of three electronic books on deja vu and also wrote the first
academic book on the subject in 1983. Professor Neppe is Director of the
Pacific Neuropsychiatric Institute (PNI) in Seattle, WA and also (Adjunct)
Professor of Psychiatry at St Louis University. He is also the author of the
acclaimed books, Innovative Psychopharmacotherapy as well as Cry the Beloved
Mind: A Voyage of Hope.
