Joel Skousen is the publisher and principle author of the World Affairs Brief, a weekly news analysis service on the web (www.worldaffairsbrief.com). He is a political scientist by training, and is a specialist in projecting future threats relative to war and terrorism. He is also the author of several books concerning security measures individuals can take to protect themselves against the threat of terrorism and other security issues:
