Valerie Lis speaks, writes and teaches in the area of self-improvement. She and her sister Brenda Campbell provide seminars and Expos in the field through their company Courses for L.I.F.E. Specialties include the development of intuition and mind control with the Silva Method and self-healing with energy techniques. One technique she teaches is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), proven to eliminate stress related to negative thoughts, phobia, trauma, and abuse. Valerie is intuitively combining techniques to create a new method of healing, the L.I.F.E. Method.
