Author and expert on alien abduction, Whitley Strieber joined Art Bell for a discussion on close encounters, drones, and parallel dimensions. Strieber's latest encounter took place last month in Santa Monica where he witnessed a large object in the skies from outside his window. The gliding object was enormous, and looked similar to the drone in the unexplained photos taken in California, he said. For more on this incident, see Whitley's Journal entry.

A recent video posted on YouTube shows a possible drone over the city of Sao Paolo. The drones may represent something penetrating our realm from a parallel human Earth, Strieber suggested. He also discussed experiences traveling in parallel realities such as the time he turned off Route 17 in New Jersey and found himself driving in an other-worldly neighborhood.

Strieber noted that we are the midst of another UFO flap with sightings in such places as Jakarta, Oklahoma City and England. A plan to release classified UFO data in the U.K. probably won't include analysis, he commented, adding that governments may not want to acknowledge an alien presence because it could open a perceptual door for their reality.
