Amazing Shuttle Photos

The Mail Online has posted several amazing photos of space shuttle Discovery on approach to a landing strip in California's Mojave Desert Friday. Deteriorating weather on the east coast had prevented the spaceship from landing at its home port in Florida, and extended the crews time in orbit for two additional days. NASA eventually diverted the shuttle to Edwards Air Force Base, where it glided to a safe landing.
