>Missing Millersville University Student Found Dead
(Millersburg, PA) -- An autopsy is planned for a Millersburg University student who was found dead after he was reported missing last week. In an online post, university officials say the body of 19-year-old Matthew Mindler, of Hellertown, was found Saturday morning during a search in Manor Township near campus. Mindler was reported missing last Wednesday when he didn't return home or did not answer calls from his family. He was a child actor and had acted on television in As the World Turns and Frequency. He had not acted in five years.

(Severn, MD) -- A Harrisburg man has been charged in the stabbing death this weekend of another man at a home in Severn, Maryland. Police say 35-year-old Eddie Dawson Junior had gone to his ex-girlfriend's home and confronted her current boyfriend, 26-year-old Dominique Rashad Lewis from Harrisburg. Members of the Anne Arundel County Sheriff's Department responded to a call about a stabbing early yesterday morning. When they arrived, they found Dawson's body. He'd been stabbed to death. Lewis has been charged with first- and second-degree murder.

(Harrisburg, PA) -- Governor Tom Wolf's administration has scheduled a vaccination clinic for all state workers, their families, and the public tomorrow in downtown Harrisburg. (Red Lion, PA) -- A bridge in York County has been named after a local soldier who was killed in the Vietnam war. PFC James Joseph Criwswell was 20-years old when he was killed in action in 1968. Criswell was a native of York and was awarded the Purple Heart. The PFC James Joseph Criswell Bridge was named this weekend. It spans New Bridgeville Road over Fishing Creek in Red Lion.

(Reading, PA) -- Reading Police say a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle Friday night. They responded to Walnut and North Fifth streets around 9 p.m. and say at least one vehicle was involved. Authorities have not released any other information.

(Reading, PA) -- Former Reading Mayor Joe Kuzminski has died at the age of 94. He was a member of the city council from 1960 to 1976 and served as mayor from 1976 to 1980. Kuzminski also served five years on the Reading Area Water Authority's board, beginning in 2008. He is survived by two daughters, and funeral arrangements are pending.

(Robesonia, PA) -- Two of the three drivers who hit 68-year-old Robert Hatt last week on Route 422 in Robesonia have been identified by police. Investigators say Hatt and his dog may have been killed when they were first hit, but don't yet know. Police add the three vehicles that hit the two were not close together. Hatt fell while walking his dog.

(Lancaster, PA) -- Police in Lancaster are searching for a suspect in the shooting death Friday night of 23-year-old Rolando Rivera. Rivera was found after being shot several times around 9:45 p.m. He was in the road in the 500-block of Third Street. Police say they believe Rivera had been targeted.

(Harrisburg, PA) -- Pennsylvania is forecasted to get hit by the remnants of Hurricane Ida later this week. National Weather Service officials say parts of the state could see showers and thunderstorms going into Tuesday, but the state won't see actual remnants of Ida until Wednesday. Areas in south central Pennsylvania could see some flooding as storms could bring in three-to-five-inches of rain.

(Harrisburg, PA) -- Pennsylvania Task Force One is ready to help with Hurricane Ida response efforts. Ida touched down in Louisiana as a category four hurricane and knocked out the power for the entire city of New Orleans before claiming the life of one person as of last night. Members of Pennsylvania Task Force One say they have hazmat specialists, medical specialists, and a couple of doctors ready to go. The crew is expected to be deployed for about 14 days, but it could be longer depending on the total damages from Ida.
>>Afghan Refugees Arrive In Philly
(Philadelphia, PA) -- Hundreds of refugees have arrived in Philadelphia from Afghanistan. The refugees arrived at Philadelphia International Airport on Sunday morning, and they will soon head to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in New Jersey. According to 6-ABC, they were all tested for COVID-19 upon arriving and will get medical care, food and more at the New Jersey base. Mayor Jim Kenney said that he was proud that Philadelphia was one of only two cities where the refugees would arrive, and the city welcomes them with open arms. Philadelphia International Airport has welcomed 505 Afghan refugees to the U.S. to this point.

(Philadelphia, PA) -- The Eagles quarterback room is looking a lot different this morning. Gardner Minshew was traded to Philadelphia from the Jacksonville Jaguars in exchange for a 2022 sixth-round pick. ESPN reports that the pick could rise to a fifth-rounder depending on his playing time. As it stands now, Minshew joins Jalen Hurts and Joe Flacco as the group of signal callers for the Eagles. The coaching staff will have to cut the roster down to 53 players by tomorrow.
