Ant Egg Boom

In Bogor, Indonesia ants are being bred in jars, as ant eggs have become a hot commodity in local markets. An alternative food rich in protein and vitamins, ant eggs are often boiled in soup. The breeders in Bogor can produce some 300 pounds of eggs a month. More at Mail Online.
