The complete skeleton of a woolly mammoth with full tusks just sold at auction for over $300,000. The creature, nicknamed "Monty," stands 11.6 ft. in height, and is thought to have lived some 30,000 to 50,000 years ago. The species became extinct about 10,000 years ago during the Ice Age.
