A paranormal research group in England believes that they may have acquired a haunted doll and have turned to public for help in 'hearing' her story.
The eerie figurine was purchased by an organization known as North Cornwall Paranormal, who promptly posted a picture of the doll on their Facebook page.
Accompanying the image was a rather intriguing 'call to action' for "psychics, sensitives, and mediums" who may be among the 15,000 members of their social media circle.
The unorthodox bit of crowd sourcing is asking for any names, emotions, or general feelings which may arise when these sensitive individuals look at the purportedly possessed doll.
Remarkably, a number of their online followers noted feeling uneasy about the object as if it was giving off a sinister vibe.
Whether that's just because it's a creepy-looking doll or there is a genuine dark force attached to the toy is a matter of conjecture.
