Fairy Circles Share Pattern with Zebrafish Cells

A fascinating new study has revealed that the mysterious fairy circles which appear in the arid grasslands of Namibia (pictured) share a mathematical pattern with the skin cells of zebrafish. Such a pattern match occurring between something on both macroscopic and microscopic levels is virtually unheard of according to the scientists at the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology.
