The Georgia Guidestones, a mysterious monument erected in 1980 in Elbert, County GA has been called the "American Stonehenge" by some. Inscribed on its large granite blocks are 10 guides or commandments, including a proclamation to maintain the Earth's population at 500 million. The Guidestones were recently vandalized with spray paint.
