Kubrick's Daughter Refutes Moon Hoax Conspiracy

The daughter of legendary director Stanley Kubrick has issued a passionate response to conspiracy theories which suggest that her father helped to fake the moon landing.

In a lengthy post on social media, Vivian Kubrick made her first public comments about claims that her late father hid clues to his role in the moon hoax throughout his film The Shining.

Citing her father's artistic integrity as well as his "political/social consciousness," Kubrick asked, "don’t you think he'd be the very last person EVER to assist the US Government in such a terrible betrayal of its people?"

She went on to express the belief that conspiracies orchestrated by the powerful elite have both happened in the past and continue to this day.

However, the idea that her father assisted in hoaxing the moon landing, she said, is unfathomable.

"The so called 'truth' these malicious cranks persist in forwarding - that my father conspired with the US Government to 'fake the moon landings' - is manifestly A GROTESQUE LIE," Kubrick declared.

Despite the vehement nature of her denial, it's unlikely to convince the conspiracy theorists who will, no doubt, see the statement as further proof of a vast moon hoax cover-up.
