November 17, 2014-- The Leonid meteor showers are peaking tonight between the hours of midnight and dawn, as the Earth makes it yearly cross of the orbital path of Comet Tempel-Tuttle, with its array of debris. Astronomers estimate between 10-15 meteors will be visible per hour during the night, and you can watch them from the comfort of your armchair on two live cams-- the Slooh Community Observatory, and a Ustream from a telescope at Marshall Space Flight Center (below):
