Loch Ness Monster Photographed by Vacationer?

A Scottish woman on vacation at Loch Ness was fortunate enough to have the tourist experience that thousands of visitors to the site every year hope for when she seemingly spotted Nessie!

Calley Tulleth took a holiday to the famed paranormal landmark with her family and, during a leisurely lunch, she suddenly noticed something very strange in the water.

Thankfully, Tulleth managed to photograph the anomalous "blue thing" she saw swimming in the water.

"I wasn't scared but my eyes popped out of my face," she told The Herald Scotsman, "tt looked so much like the Loch Ness monster."

While skeptics will surely dismiss the image as something more prosaic than the infamous cryptid said to lurk in Loch Ness, it's a vacation memory that Tulleth will not soon forget.

"I can't stop thinking about it," she added. "It's not often you see a monster while on holiday."

We'll let you come up with your own mother-in-law joke to finish that thought.
