Scientists recently detected mysterious signals coming from another galaxy. The first of its kind "twin fast radio burst" observed by the Parkes radio telescope in Australia (pictured) represents some type of dual eruption that happened approximately 9 billion years ago in the constellation Octans, astronomer David Champion reported.
