NASA Craft Tracks Solar Storm

NASA spacecraft STEREO-A has tracked for the first time ever a solar storm from the Sun hitting our planet. Orbiting more than 65 million miles away, the spacecraft had a unique view as an immense wall of plasma from a coronal mass ejection engulfed Earth. Scientist believe footage captured by STEREO-A will help lead to advances in space weather forecasting. More at Mail Online.
