Orange Spheres in Missouri

Linda Moulton Howe writes: [This is] one of many orange spheres seen moving in night sky between 9:30 PM to 10 PM between southern Kansas City and Raytown, a suburb straight east, on June 14, 2011. This image of an unidentified orange sphere near a tree limb and what appears to be a small white object moving downward from the sphere was taken in Raytown. Further west at the intersection of I-435 and Gregory Blvd, Kansas City Insurance agent Richard Vick counted 125 red-orange glowing spheres that emerged behind trees and rose into the air every two minutes over the half-hour across the road from where he stopped his car to watch.
