Ouija Board Spawns Ugly Incident

Authorities in Bay City, Michigan arrested a man who allegedly attacked his girlfriend because she was playing with a Ouija Board.

According to police, the bizarre incident took place earlier this month when a group of friends gathered at Crystal Wahlfeldt's apartment and decided to use a Ouija Board to communicate with spirits because they believe the home is haunted.

However, when Wahlfeldt's boyfriend, Cody T. Sampson, saw the scene, witnesses say that he suddenly snapped and insisted that they stop using it.

"He went all psycho and started to take the Ouija Board away from me," one of the people at the party told police.

Although the group promptly put the Ouija Board away, it apparently did little to quell Sampson's rage.

Witnesses reported that he continued arguing with Wahlfeldt and the fight eventually culminated with him stabbing her!

Sampson was subsequently arrested and charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor which, all told, could carry a prison sentence of up to 14 years.

Although he insisted to authorities that he did not attack Wahlfeldt, Sampson did not deny his distaste for the infamous talking board.

"Ouija board is a game that should not be played at someone's house," Sampson told authorities, "it's a game for Satan-worshippers."
