Former commercial pilot John Lear has sent us a report(1) he wrote about a missing 13th section that was left out of the originally published Blue Book/Project Grudge investigation.
His report describes the testimony of Bill English who said he had access to these sensitive case files while assigned to an RAF "listening post."
