A prolific 'alien anomaly' hunter turned his gaze towards the Earth and may have discovered a lost shipwreck via Google Earth.
Scott C. Waring of UFO Sightings Daily was using the popular mapping service to look for strange sights here on our own planet when he spotted an oddity near Costa Verde, Mexico.
The researcher believes that the object is some kind of downed ship that measures an astounding 450-feet long!
Waring speculates that the metal from the wreckage as well as any artifacts aboard would net a small fortune.
As of yet, experts on the area have not weighed in to offer an alternative explanation for the remarkably boat-shaped anomaly, but skeptics say that Waring may simply be seeing a shipwreck thanks to pareidolia.
Indeed, that may be case, since the prospect of a downed vessel that large being undiscovered until now seems rather remote.
That said, should anyone venture to the area to find out for themselves and discover a massive treasure, hopefully Waring will receive a piece of the prize.
