Singer James Blunt Calls in Paranormal Investigators

By Ryan Stacy

When Grammy-nominated singer James Blunt purchased the Fox & Pheasant a few years back, he was just happy to have rescued the London pub, which opened in 1864, from shutting down permanently. He quickly realized, however, that he had reportedly also taken on the discontented spirit haunting the place—and it was time to let the experts step in. After reaching out to paranormal specialists this week, Blunt said he hopes they can rid the pub of its resident ghost, whom he said he believes is the spirit of a former regular patron. Among the antics the unwanted guest is accused of is knocking around objects at the bar, which frightens the Fox & Pheasant's staff and customers.
