The second blood moon (a lunar eclipse when the moon turns red) occurred on Wednesday morning, and was visible across many parts of the world. It's seen over Tokyo in the accompanying photo (click for larger). Two more blood moons will follow in 2015. More on the celestial phenomenon here.
