Despite the deluge of snow which has pounded parts of the United States this winter, studies suggest that the season is actually getting progressively warmer each year due to CO2 emissions in the atmosphere. Based on this research, the website Climate Central has created an interactive feature which allows users to 'forecast' into the future and see how winter temperatures in their region may drastically change by 2100.
