Tiny Origami Robot Climbs, Swims

Researchers from MIT and TU Munich recently presented their miniature origami robots at the ICRA 2015 conference in Seattle. The bug-sized polystyrene bots are powered by a small internal magnet and can self-fold, walk, swim, climb, and move objects. Don't worry though about swarms of these tiny robots taking over the planet... they can easily be dissolved by acetone. More at Discovery News.
