A father and his nine-year-old daughter were left flummoxed after filming an odd black orb that appeared near the wing of their airplane during a recent trip.
David Woodward noticed the strange anomaly when he was shooting a video of his daughter, Georgia, marveling at the view from the airplane window.
According to him, the plane was 40,000 feet in the air at the time, making him skeptical that the object could have been a bird.
Ironically, while Woodward has theorized that it could have been some kind of UFO, his young daughter does not share the same opinion on the object.
"She laughs at me for saying it might be a UFO, but you never know," the dad told the Manchester Evening News.
Hoping to decipher what could have been behind the object, they shared the footage with local media and asked for any tips from aviation experts who could explain the origin of the black orb.
