A rare and breathtaking phenomenon known as a 'fire devil' was filmed emerging out of a raging inferno in Portugal.
The tornado-like swirl of fire, ashes, and hot air was captured on video by a Portuguese media outlet covering what has been a harrowing outbreak of wildfires wreaking havoc on the country.
An incredible 1,500 firefighters have been battling an astounding eleven such blazes which have recently broken out in six different parts of Portugal.
